White Chocolate
Some cats you admire from afar.
Others you simply want
to share your life with.
Our story began with a love
for the Sacred Birman.
One is the first to try a new jump. Another watches for a long while before daring to follow. Some fall asleep in your arms, while others prefer to explore the world on their own from the very start.
We never rush them and never try to make them all alike. We love watching the character emerge day by day, the one they will one day bring into their new family.

lilac tortie point
The real cherry of the litter: lilac tortie is one of the rarest colours in the breed. Calm, she loves watching her brother and sister play, yet she is inquisitive and comes to people easily.
Grey Cloud Belye Lapky · Breed Champion
This does not happen often. Zhuzha is a grown girl we raised for breeding, but her path turned out differently. She is now spayed, completely healthy, recently had a full veterinary check, and is looking not for a cattery but for a family where she will be the one and only, and deeply loved.
She is one of those cats you simply want to keep looking at. Petite and gentle, of a rare blue-cream colour, with the same doll-like beauty as Choupette, Karl Lagerfeld’s famous Birman. A Breed Champion with a closed title and impeccable breed qualities.
Zhuzha bonds with one person. She is reserved with strangers, but adores affection and company within her own family. For that one special person this is not a whim, but a promise of deep, devoted attachment.

20% of a kitten’s price. We are rehoming her not for profit, but so that she can finally have her own person.
Olga Kan · breeder at White Chocolate cattery
It all began with her, my beautiful Pelageya. At home we call her Marcel. She first came to me in a dream.
I saw a beautiful cat with astonishing blue eyes, a dark face and a magnificent tail. The dream stayed with me, and when I began searching online, I found them: the Sacred Birmans. Having read everything I could find, my choice was made. The Birman was exactly what I had always wanted.
A few months later Marcel came into my home. Now the whole family cannot imagine how we ever lived without her. She inspired me to create the cattery and gave us wonderful offspring. Every one of her litters brought kittens, many of whom today take part in breeding programmes and win at international shows.
Today Marcel lives beside us in a well-earned retirement. She is still surrounded by our love and care, and remains the true queen of White Chocolate and of our hearts.
Today White Chocolate is already several generations of cats, but it all began with one dream and one extraordinary cat.
All our kittens
Every day a kitten spends with us shapes its character, its health and its trust in people. That is why there are things we will never compromise on.
We have no cages: our kittens grow up in the family, among people and everyday sounds. By the time they move on they are litter- and scratching-post trained, calm with guests and in the carrier.
Every mating is carefully considered, with the health, genetics and breed type of the future offspring in mind.
We follow the development of every kitten closely: its health, its nutrition and its wellbeing.
A FIFe pedigree, a veterinary passport with age-appropriate vaccinations, and a purchase contract. Everything we agree on is put in writing.
We stay in touch after the move: advising on feeding, care and shows, and answering your questions at any time.
These cats shape the present and the future of White Chocolate.

Our cats
The signature mark of the Sacred Birman is the white “gloves” on its paws over a colour-point coat. It is an ancient breed: the monks of Burma revered these cats as sacred, and that is where the name comes from.
Kittens are born snow-white, and the colour appears no earlier than a year and a half. Serious breeders are few, and for us the quality of breeding matters more than commerce.
